What happens in frozen shoulder

ફ્રોઝન શોલ્ડરમાં શું થાય છે?

The joint capsule around the shoulder becomes inflamed and tight. It moves through three stages, and the whole process can take a year or more.

Stage 1Freezing

Pain builds and movement shrinks. Nights are often the worst.

Stage 2Frozen

Stiffness dominates and pain often eases, but daily tasks stay hard.

Stage 3Thawing

Movement returns slowly, over months, if the shoulder is guided well.
