Keep any relevant letters, reports or scans, and a list of your medication, ready for the call.

A free, 15-minute conversation. By the end you will know whether we can help and what happens next. Whether to go ahead is then up to you.
Review
We go through the details of your enquiry.
Assess
We work out how urgent things are, what support you need and whether our service is the right fit.
Signpost
We agree clear next steps. That may be a session with us, or another service that suits you better. We also explain how we work and what sessions cost.

If we are the right fit, sessions take place at your home, by appointment.
Session fee
£110per session
- A session usually lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on what it needs to achieve.
- The fee is for the session, not by the minute.
- There is no charge to cancel or reschedule.
- You pay only for sessions that take place.

Is the triage call free?
Yes. The call is free, lasts about 15 minutes and is open to everyone. We use it to find out whether our service suits you, explain how Revival Neuro Physio works, and talk through sessions and fees. It is a conversation, not treatment.
How much does a session cost?
£110 per session. A session usually lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on what you need to work on. The fee is for the session, not by the minute, so it does not change with the length.
Do I pay if I cancel or reschedule?
No. There is no charge to cancel or reschedule your triage call or any session. You pay only for sessions that take place.

Where do sessions take place?
At your home. We do not currently run a clinic, and all visits are by appointment, within the hours shown above. If you are not sure we can reach you, call or text us before you book.
Can a family member or carer join the call?
You are welcome to have someone with you. Let us know in the questionnaire.
