Fees and Insurance

Fees and insurance

Fees and insurance for home neuro physiotherapy

A clear price: £110 per session, after a free 15-minute call. You pay only for sessions that take place, and cancelling or rescheduling is free.

The costs

What you pay, and when

If we are the right fit, sessions take place at your home. If not, we will point you to a service that suits you better.

Free

The 15-minute call

We check whether our service suits you, explain how Revival Neuro Physio works and talk through sessions and fees. It is a conversation, not treatment, and we do not ask for card details to book it.

£110

Each home session

The fee is for the session, not by the minute. A session usually lasts about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on what you need to work on.

£0

Cancelling or rescheduling

There is no charge to cancel or reschedule your call or any session. You pay only for sessions that take place.

What a session includes

What you get for £110

Every plan starts with your own goals. Family and carers are welcome to join in.

Your first visit

We look at your strength, coordination, walking and the things you find difficult, and agree goals with you.

Follow-up sessions

Practice and guidance matched to your goals, using your own stairs, chairs and hallway. We review your progress and adjust the plan.

Between visits

Exercise sheets, on paper or by email, so you and your family or carers can practise safely.

Payment

Self-pay, in plain terms

Revival Neuro Physio is a private service, separate from the NHS and from Rishee’s NHS role. Sessions are self-pay: you pay us directly for each session that takes place.

We confirm how to pay with you before your first session, so there are no surprises. There is no obligation at any stage.

We work alongside your NHS team and GP, not instead of them.

Insurance: work in progress

We would rather tell you where we are than promise something that is not confirmed.

Where we are

We are talking to insurance providers about how our service could work with them. Nothing is confirmed yet, so for now sessions are self-pay. We will update this page as soon as details are final.

If you have insurance and want to claim, ask your insurer first, using the questions in the planner above. Then tell us which insurer it is on the free call.

Insurance details last updated: 28 October 2026.

Questions

Questions about fees

If your question is not here, call, text or message us on 07777 793832.

Is the first call really free?

Yes. The call lasts about 15 minutes and is open to everyone. We find out whether our service suits you, explain how we work and talk through sessions and fees. There is no obligation.

How do I pay?

Sessions are self-pay. We confirm how to pay with you before your first session.

Do I pay if I cancel or reschedule?

No. There is no charge to cancel or reschedule your call or any session. You can do it from your confirmation email or by calling or messaging us. You pay only for sessions that take place.

Do you accept private medical insurance?

We are working with insurance providers, but nothing is confirmed yet, so sessions are self-pay for now. If you are insured, check with your insurer before you book, and tell us which insurer it is.

Do I need a GP referral?

Many people see a physiotherapist privately without one. Some insurers ask for a referral, so it is worth checking. On the free call we will say if we think you should speak to your GP or specialist team first.
