Our standards of care

Every Revival location, in India and the UK, is held to one standard. This page explains what that means for you, and how you can check it.

Eight standards we hold ourselves to

Revival Physio is the parent brand. Revival Neuro Physio, our specialist UK service, follows the same standards.

  • Qualified, registered clinicians

In the UK, Rishee Patel is HCPC registered, a CSP member and enhanced DBS checked. In India, care is led by qualified physiotherapists, including Dr Keyur Patel, who has over 15 years’ experience in musculoskeletal care.

  • Careful assessment

Care starts with a proper assessment, to find the root cause of your problem. We ask about your history, your goals and what matters most to you.

  • A plan built around you

Your goals, lifestyle and family needs shape your plan. We agree goals at the start and explain each step in plain words.

  • Evidence-based treatment

Treatment is informed by current research and clinical guidelines. Our clinicians keep learning and share clinical experience between India and the UK.

  • Honest advice, safety first

If you need a doctor, a scan or another service, we say so and refer you promptly. In an emergency, call 112 in India or 999 in the UK.

  • Clear fees

You know the cost before you commit. In the UK, sessions are £110, with a free 15-minute call first and no charge to cancel. In India, we share fees on WhatsApp.

  • Working with your care team

We work with you, your family and your other healthcare providers. In the UK, we work alongside the NHS and social care, not instead of them.

  • Honest progress reviews

We track your progress, share honest updates and adjust the plan as you recover. In India, a January to December 2025 audit of patient feedback found 92% of patients satisfied.

One standard, two countries

The standards are the same. The way you reach us and pay differs a little by country.

  • What will it cost, and what happens if I cancel?
  • How will we agree goals, and how will you measure progress?
  • When would you send me to a doctor or another service?
  • Will you work with my GP or care team?

Common questions

Are Revival Physio and Revival Neuro Physio held to the same standards?

Yes. Revival Physio is the parent brand and Revival Neuro Physio is its specialist UK service. Both follow the standards on this page.

Can I check a clinician’s registration?

In the UK, yes. Search the HCPC Register (opens in a new tab) by surname or registration number. In India, please ask us about your clinician’s qualifications when you book.
